Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, website, city, and anything you write in a form on our site or on Facebook or Instagram, an email, or a chat with us.
- Chat conversations: when you message us on Facebook Messenger or Instagram, our AI assistant answers first. We keep the conversation and your answers so our team can follow up.
- Public information about your business: to prepare a Marketing Scorecard, we review publicly available information about a business (its website, Google Business Profile, ads and reviews).
- Information collected automatically: pages you visit, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you arrived at our site. We collect this with cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare your Marketing Scorecard, and schedule calls you request.
- To provide and improve our services and this website.
- To measure and improve our own advertising.
- To comply with the law and protect our rights.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under their own privacy terms: Google (analytics, ads, email and scheduling), Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads and messaging), our website host (Netlify), our chat platform provider, our texting and phone providers, the AI providers that power our assistant, and the servers that run our systems. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Advertising cookies and pixels let Google and Meta show our ads to people who visited our site. Under California law this can count as "sharing" for advertising. You can limit it with the choices below.
Text messages
If you check the texting box on our forms, we use your mobile number only to text you about your Marketing Scorecard and the call you book. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your texting consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
Phone calls
When you call our number, an AI assistant may answer. It tells you it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. We record and transcribe calls to follow up on your request and improve our service. If you prefer not to be recorded, hang up and email info@dltechgroup.com or send us a message instead.
Your choices
- Ad personalization: adjust it in Google's My Ad Center and in Meta's Ad Preferences.
- Cookies: block or delete them in your browser settings. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
- Email: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- Do Not Track: our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals; use the controls above instead.
Your Privacy Choices
You can ask us not to share information about your visits for advertising. Under California law, this is your right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. You can do it in these ways:
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser or a browser extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, our site does not load the Meta Pixel in that browser and turns off Google's advertising features (ad cookies, ad personalization and cross-device ad data). Google Analytics still measures visits.
- Ad preferences: limit ad personalization in Google's My Ad Center and in Meta's Ad Preferences.
- Google Analytics: install Google's opt-out browser add-on.
- By email: write to info@dltechgroup.com with the subject "Do not sell or share". We will apply your request to the information we hold about you and confirm by email. You do not need an account, and we will not treat you differently for making this request.
Choices that rely on cookies or browser settings apply only to the browser and device you use. If you clear your cookies or switch devices, set them again.
Your California privacy rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@dltechgroup.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will confirm your request and respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete it:
- Inquiries and conversations from businesses that do not become clients (forms, scorecard requests, chats): up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Clients (agreements, invoices and account records): for the length of our work together and 7 years after, for tax and contract obligations.
- Call recordings and transcripts: up to 1 year.
- Records of your consent to receive texts: 5 years, as proof that you agreed.
- Website visit data in Google Analytics: 14 months.

Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
