Content on this site and in our Marketing Scorecard is general marketing information. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Scorecard findings and any projections are estimates based on public data and are not a promise of results.
No guarantee of results
Advertising results depend on your market, competition, budget, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any number of leads, sales, rankings, or costs.
Our AI assistant
Our chat is answered first by an AI assistant. It can make mistakes; anything it says about our services is confirmed by our team before any agreement. You can ask to be connected with a person at any time.
Text messages
DLTechGroup Scorecard texts: if you check the texting box on our form, we text you about your Marketing Scorecard request, the link to your scorecard and reminders for the call you book. Up to 4 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or email info@dltechgroup.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not required to get your scorecard.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it at scale, or submit false or unlawful information.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design, and scorecard format belong to DLTechGroup. You may use your own Marketing Scorecard for your business.
Third-party services
The site links to and uses services from others (Google, Meta, and our scheduling and chat providers). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.
Limitation of liability
The site and the Marketing Scorecard are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, DLTechGroup is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in San Diego County, California.
